Shipping Policy
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment receipt. Actual delivery times may vary based on factors such as destination location and courier service efficiency. While we strive to expedite deliveries, specific delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed due to potential delays beyond our control. Generally, orders are expected to be delivered within 7-10 business days from the date of shipment.
Cancellation and Amendment: Changes to orders, including cancellations for whole orders or selected items, can be requested immediately after placing the order and are only valid until the order is dispatched. Once the order is conveyed to the shipping partner and the shipping process is initiated, requests for cancellations may not be accommodated.
The delivery address of the consignment cannot be changed after placing the order and once the order is shipped. The Customers shall be responsible for providing Shipping details which shall include Proper Name, address with City / State/ Country, Postal code, Land Marks if any and also contact numbers with alternate numbers to ensure proper delivery. Delivery of the consignment will be confirmed on your registered email ID as specified at the time of registration.
In the event of any issues with the consignment, customers are required to notify us within 24-48 hours post-delivery, for concerns related to damages, missing items, incorrect shipments, or empty packages. This allows us to promptly investigate and address the matter with the courier in charge. To facilitate resolution, customers are requested to provide the following information and documentation:
• Outer packing images from all sides, including the shipping label.
• Inner/Brand packing images from all sides.
• Packaging time video.
• Unboxing video.
• Any remarks on Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Confirmation of whether the package was received intact or not.
Timely reporting of any issues ensures efficient handling and resolution. Failure to report within the specified timeframe may limit our ability to address the concern effectively. We strive to provide satisfactory solutions to all shipping-related matters and appreciate your cooperation in this process.
We provide order tracking capabilities accessible through our website. Customers can track the status of an order from the website and it can be accessed at these places – through the tracking link shared with you via e-Mail or WhatsApp and from “Track your Order” in the footer.
