Return & Cancellation Policy

 

This policy applies to all transactions conducted on the Underrated Club platform (the “Site” or “Web Site” or “Mobile Application” or “App” or “Us” or “We” or "Social Media Platforms"), which is operated and owned by Underrated Club, a brand under KINGSCRAFT ONLINE BRANDS PRIVATE LIMITED. We strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for our customers. Below, we outline our return and cancellation policy, including recent updates and adjustments:

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellations for whole orders or selected items can be made immediately after placing the order and are only valid until the order is shipped. Once the order is communicated to the shipping partner and the shipping process initiated, cancellation requests may not be entertained.
  2. The cancellation window varies based on different categories, and no cancellations are possible once this specified time has passed.

Return & Exchange Policy:

  1. Customers are encouraged to report any damaged, defective, or incorrectly received items to our Customer Service team within 48 hours of product receipt. The request will be entertained after the issue has been verified through our dedicated returns request page.
  2. We ensure hassle-free returns and exchanges within a specified timeframe. Customers can initiate returns through our dedicated returns request page, providing a valid reason for the return or an exchange.
  3. A flat reverse shipment fee of Rs. 100 will be applied per order during the refund process, irrespective of the quantity of items within that order. Therefore, if an order comprises multiple items, only one deduction of Rs. 100 will be incurred for the entire order, rather than on each individual clothing item.
  4. Refunds for returned items will be credited as store credits/ vouchers or back to the source account, depending on the payment method.
  5. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
  6. When returning or exchanging items, it's essential to maintain their original condition by ensuring they are unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. This includes returning the item with its brand or manufacturer's box, the MRP tag, all other tags intact, the product invoice, and all accessories to guarantee a successful return process.
  7. Mystery t-shirts are not eligible for returns or an exchange.
  8. KINGSCRAFT ONLINE BRANDS PRIVATE LIMITED will arrange for the product pick-up through a designated logistics service provider. We will send you an email, SMS, or notification to the email address or mobile number you provided to KINGSCRAFT ONLINE BRANDS PRIVATE LIMITED. Please note that if we are unable to pick up your order within three attempts, the return will be cancelled.

Payment and Refund:

  1. For payments made via COD, customers will receive store credit/voucher of the same amount.
  2. For prepaid orders, the refunded amount will be credited back to the source account.
  3. For partial payments, the fixed amount (one paid on prepaid basis) will be returned to the source account, and the amount paid later on delivery will be credited in the form of a voucher/store credit redeemable on the www.underratedclub.com.
  4. Once the refund is processed, the timeline for the amount to be credited to the customer's account may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing times. 

Additional Policies:

  1. We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery, with an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us, after thorough inspection from our side.
  2. You can track the status of an order from the website and it can be accessed at these places – through the tracking link shared with you via e-Mail or WhatsApp and from “Track your Order” in the footer.
  3. In the event of frivolous or baseless complaints or requests regarding the quality or content of the products, we reserve the right to take necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by us in this regard.

  5. Customers are obligated to take utmost care of the product(s) while in their possession. Any damage or discrepancy should be reported promptly.
  6. In case of non-receipt of an order despite delivery status confirmation, customers are requested to contact us within 24 hours.
