• ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE?

No, we do not charge any additional fees for returns or exchanges.

• HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after they are processed and shipped.

• HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase.

• WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME?

• DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

At the moment, we only ship within India.

You have 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for eligible items.

• WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT WAS DEDUCTED BUT THE ORDER WASN’T PLACED?

If your payment was deducted but the order wasn't placed, we advise you to first check with your bank. Typically, the debited amount should be refunded to your account within 48-72 hours.
